Shipping Policy

• Delivery Area: We currently only offer shipping within Mauritius.

• Shipping Cost: A flat shipping fee of Rs 500 applies to all orders.

• Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, with most orders arriving within 5-7 business days.

• Order Updates: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the delivery details.

• Pick-Up Option: You can also choose to pick up your order directly from our studio during working hours. Please select the "Pick-Up" option at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

• Returns and Exchanges: Please refer to our return and exchange policy for information on returns or product exchanges.

Returns and Exchange Policy

• Eligibility: Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange any products, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and packaging.

• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, we will gladly do so as long as the requested product is in stock. If the item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product of equal value or receive store credit.

• Returns: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, a half refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected. Please note that the shipping fee of Rs 500 is non-refundable.

• Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details. You can either drop off the product at our studio during working hours or arrange for return shipping at your own expense.

• Refunds: Half refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
